Paul Bissonnette – a former Arizona Coyotes hockey player also known as “Biz” – was attacked at a bar in Scottsdale, Arizona. Bissonnette, 39, broke his silence about the fight on television movie Tuesday, November 26.

In a video shared via X, the “Spittin’ Chiclets” frontman said the men who beat him were “bad people” and “very drunk,” adding, “I’m so angry. About these guys and I want their names out there.”

What Happened to Paul Bissonnette?

This past week, Bissonnette went out to eat at a restaurant in Scottsdale, where he said he frequents “three. [or] four times a week.”

“At one point, there was a little noise going on in the bar,” Bissonette said in his X (formerly known as Twitter) video, which was shared on Monday, November 25. “It was a group of drunk golfers. Apparently, things continued to escalate. . They [asked] one person to leave, and another boy continued to get in the face of the supervisor and put his hands on him. And that went on for maybe 30, 45 seconds.”

When he saw the group harassing the restaurant’s manager, Bissonnette said he “just grabbed the guy’s hand,” and told him, “Sir, if you keep harassing the staff, we’re going to have problems.” At this point, the group of golfers “started laughing,” Biz said.

“It escalated very quickly,” the NHL alum explained, adding that he’s had fights with men in restaurants and outside in parking lots. “I was let down a few times. I’ve been boot f**ked in the head three times. “

Although they did not “drop him,” Bissonnette had to go to the hospital. Therefore, he wanted to explain to his followers that he is fine and stress that he wants his attackers to be exposed.

“Just bad people.” Very drunk, and I don’t know what else they had in their system,” Bissonnette explained. “But, yeah, I’m really mad at these guys and I want their names and I want them to pay the singer.”

Bissonnette suffered minor injuries during the fight, which he showed on camera in his X video. Two bullets were visible on either side of his face. Owner of Barstool, Dave Portnoyalso shared mugshots, tweeting that the conspirators “picked the wrong person” to fight.

According to Fox10 PhoenixThe names of Bissonnette’s accusers are Danny Bradley, John G. Carroll, William J. Carroll, Sean Daley, Edward Jennings and Henry Mesker. They were all arrested; Five of the six men face criminal charges, and one of them has a felony conviction, the report said.
