About the author:
Vincent J. Phusaro is currently a senior director with the US Agriculture Department (USDA) Foreign Agricultural Service where he oversees a compliance and security division. The previous posts include the compliance, security and security division and director of the Chief of the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service and Director of the Head of Opposition and Enforcement Branch. He has served as the Transport Commissioner and Tenant-Galaord Commission on voluntary posts with his county government. Vincent is a Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government Senior Executive Fellow. He lives in the Washington DC area with his wife and his two children.
