1. Put the students into the couple. Each student will have to tell his partner about a time that he was nervous. Once the students end the discussion, go around the room and ask the students to describe their partner’s experience.
2. Trace each student in the classroom on roll paper using a black marker. On one side of the body, students have written some of their favorite things. On the other hand, students have written their goals for the year. Students can also color and decorate their body outline. Then hang and discuss the projects.
3. Play team grazing with scary situations! Write a bunch of nervous-veraging moments (flying in an aircraft, meeting a new, giving a speech, etc.) on the notcard and shake them in a hat. Divide the class into two teams; Each team will take a turn to send two actors in front. The first team to guess the situation wins a point.
