Lean product process

The lean product process directs you from the bottom from the top through each layer of the pyramid. This helps you to clarify and test your major hypotheses for each of the five components of product-market fit.

You can think of a lean product process such as karate students learn and practice because they earn high and high belts. After mastery in main techniques from their drills and becoming a black belt, students are able to mix, match and modify which they have learned to make their custom style. Martial Arts Master Bruce Lee clearly stated, “Believe the principles without binding them.” He also said, “Customize what is useful, reject what is useless, and what is especially your own.”

I encourage you to focus on your advice because you read and practice the ideas and guidance found in the lean product playbook.
